Recent accomplishments include
- The Education Committee sponsors the annual Student Honors Program which recognizes accomplishments of local Latino students. Motivational speakers provide students and families with insight on success and wellness.
- The Health Committee developed an extensive Latino Health Resource Directory and guided area efforts in cultural competency. The Health Committee also co-sponsored a program to help newly arrived Latino immigrants, with limited English proficiency, access health care in the United States.
- The Advocacy/Legal Issues Committee sponsored town hall forums on issues important to the Central Ohio Latino community.
