Servicios:Atención de accidentes y enfer-

día, pero que no comprometen la vida,
como huesos rotos (fracturas) o infecciones
del oído. No necesita cita previa.
Costo:Algunos servicios son gratuitos o se
pagan de acuerdo a los ingresos familiares.
También aceptan Medicaid y HCAP. Para
solicitar ayuda financiera, llame al 722-
2055 y presione 2 para ayuda en español.

Services:Care, without an appointment,
for accidents and illnesses that need
immedíate attention but are not life threat-
ening, such as broken bones, ear infections,
etc.
Cost:Some services are provided free or on
a sliding fee scale. Also accepts Medicaid
and HCAP. To apply for financial assis-
tance, call: 722-2055 press 2 for bilingual
Monday through Friday 8:30AM- 5PM, or
apply in person at the Office of Patient
Accounts.
Interpreter:Available upon request.
